1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Before After Studio. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. App Description

Before After Studio is a visual progress tracking tool that allows you to create before-and-after photo projects. You can capture or import photos, organize them into projects by category, compare them using slider, blink, and timeline views, and export your comparisons as images or videos. The App offers both free features and a premium subscription (“Before After Studio Pro”) that unlocks unlimited projects, higher resolution exports, and watermark-free output.

3. Creative Tool Disclaimer

Before After Studio is a creative and productivity tool. It is NOT a medical device, and it does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App is designed for general-purpose visual comparison across use cases such as fitness progress, home renovations, beauty transformations, automotive projects, and creative work. Any exported images or videos are user-generated content created from your own photos.

We are not responsible for how you use or distribute exported content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of exported images and videos complies with applicable laws and respects the rights and privacy of others.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Before After Studio Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual), purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• The free tier is limited to 3 projects, 720p export resolution, and includes a watermark on exported content.
• Pro subscribers get unlimited projects, 1080p and 4K export resolution, and watermark-free output.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or through the App Store.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Free trial eligibility, pricing, and terms are as displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to Apple's terms.
• We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Bluebry Oy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you create or import into the App. We do not claim any rights over your content. Since all content is stored locally on your device, we never have access to it.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Use exported content in a manner that violates any applicable law or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bluebry.com/beforeafter/privacy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Exported images or videos will meet any specific quality or accuracy standard.
• Defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bluebry Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Before After Studio Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluebry Oy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish or European Union law.
