How do I cancel or manage my subscription?+
FastTrak Plus subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. You can also manage it directly from this link. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?+
Open FastTrak, go to the Plus tab, and scroll down to Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I connect Apple Health?+
If you skipped Apple Health during onboarding, go to your iPhone's Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > FastTrak and enable the permissions. FastTrak uses Health data for steps, active energy, weight, and personalized BMR estimates.
Are the fat burned and calorie estimates accurate?+
FastTrak uses the Mifflin–St Jeor equation for BMR and a phased fat oxidation model to generate estimates. These are clearly marked with “≈” throughout the app. They are useful directional indicators but are not medical-grade measurements. Tap the info icon on any stat to see the formula used.
Is my data shared or stored on a server?+
No. FastTrak stores all data locally on your device. There are no user accounts, no third-party analytics, and no server-side storage. Your health data never leaves your device.
How do I log my weight?+
Go to the Weight tab and tap Log Weight to add a new entry. If you have Apple Health connected, weight data is imported automatically. You can also set a goal weight and schedule weigh-in reminders.
