Bluebry Oy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FastTrak mobile application (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use FastTrak.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. What Data We Collect

FastTrak is designed with privacy at its core. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal information that identifies you.

a) Health & Fitness Data (via Apple HealthKit)

If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App may read:

  • Step count
  • Active energy burned
  • Body mass

The App may also write body mass entries to Apple Health when you log your weight.

This data is used solely to provide personalized fasting statistics within the App. We never access HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

b) Fasting and Weight Records

Your fasting sessions and weight entries are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not synced to any cloud service by the App.

c) App Settings and Preferences

We store your preferences (such as fasting goals, units, appearance mode, and notification settings) locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

d) Subscription Information

If you subscribe to FastTrak Plus, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

3. What Data We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or any account credentials.
  • We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes.
  • We do not use analytics services, crash reporting tools, or any third-party SDKs.
  • We do not track you across apps or websites.
  • We do not serve advertisements.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

All personal data (fasting records, weight entries, settings) is stored locally on your device. The App does not sync data to iCloud or any cloud service.

Note: If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, Apple may include app data as part of your device backup. This is an OS-level feature managed by Apple, not by FastTrak. You can control this through your device's Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.

We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to any third party. Your health and fasting data stays on your device.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of access: You may request information about what data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification: You may correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your data.
  • Right to data portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to restrict processing: You may request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to object: You may object to the processing of your data.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly:

  • View your data within the App.
  • Delete individual records within the App.
  • Delete all data by uninstalling the App.
  • Manage iCloud Backup settings through your device's Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.

Legal basis for processing: We process health and fitness data based on your explicit consent (granted when you connect Apple Health). We process local app data based on our legitimate interest in providing the App's functionality.

7. Data Retention

Your data is stored on your device for as long as you use the App. When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

8. Children's Privacy

FastTrak is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the App, please contact us at hello@bluebry.com.

9. Security

We rely on Apple's platform security measures to protect your data, including on-device encryption and HealthKit's built-in privacy protections. Since we do not operate servers or collect data remotely, there is no server-side attack surface.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
